The company was founded by security expert Christopher Falkenberg in 2002 and is headquartered in New York City, with regional offices in Greenwich, Connecticut and Washington, D.C.

Insite Security, founded by former Secret Service Agent and Attorney Christopher Falkenberg, employs a team of highly trained former Special Agents of the U.S. Secret Service and Federal Bureau of Investigation, as well as command-level officers of the New York City Police and Fire Departments.
| Christopher Falkenberg, Founder and President |
| Christopher Falkenberg is a former Special Agent of the U.S. Secret Service and an attorney. While with the Secret Service, Mr. Falkenberg conducted numerous protective advances for the President of the United States and other government officials here and abroad. He led investigations of major fraud cases and worked on successful prosecution and sentencing of the perpetrators. Among his awards and citations, he received the Treasury Department's Special
Service Award and was recognized for heroism following the 1993 World Trade Center bombing. As a litigator with New York law firm Davis Polk & Wardwell, Mr. Falkenberg conducted corporate internal investigations and was involved in a wide variety of civil and criminal matters. Prior to that, Mr. Falkenberg clerked for a judge in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Kenyon College and a J.D. from Columbia University, both with honors.

| Richard Chapman, CPP, Managing Director, Threat Management |
| Richard Chapman comes to Insite as a leading expert on executive protection and threat assessment, having developed the Threat Assessment and Protection Program for the NYPD's Intelligence Division. He served as the commanding officer of the unit responsible for analyzing and investigating threats made against public officials, and all cases involving individuals with diplomatic immunity were handled from his office. The Threat Assessment and Protection Unit also provides protection for visiting heads of state and other dignitaries, and while there Mr. Chapman managed the nationally-recognized security courses given to the City's detectives that have attracted law enforcement personnel from all over the country. He is a Certified Protection Professional and has trained at the Secret Service Threat Assessment Center in Washington and at the State Department in the Diplomatic Security program. A leader in the security industry, Mr. Chapman is a founding member of the Northeast Chapter of the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals and has served on its board in numerous capacities.

| Bill Whiteside, Managing Director, Family Security Services |
| Bill Whiteside has 24 years of public- and private-sector experience in the security industry. He began his career as a Deputy U.S. Marshal, served as a U.S. Secret Service Agent for 10 years in New York and most recently was Director of Global Executive Protection for both AT&T and Citigroup with responsibility for the safety of their CEOs, Presidents, CFOs and other senior executives and their families. He has advised diplomats, senior government officials, foreign dignitaries and executives and brings this expertise in executive protection, risk assessment and threat management to Insite's clients. Mr. Whiteside is director of Insite's Family Security division and runs the agency's Greenwich office. He conducts Insite's comprehensive security assessments, investigations and risk mitigation programs as well as designs personal protection programs. Mr. Whiteside's coordination of tactical planning and budgeting for large-scale security and investigation divisions has captured significant cost reductions through the implementation of process redesign and performance management. He has also been responsible for aircraft, ship and ground transportation security and security design, as well as event security and protocol.

| Christopher Voss, Managing Director, Kidnapping Resolution Practice |
Christopher Voss joined Insite Security in 2009 as the Managing Director of the Kidnapping Resolution Practice. His role is to address the security needs and protection of corporations and high net worth individuals. Mr. Voss received his training on hostage survival and negotiations during his 24-year tenure with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). As Supervisory Special Agent in the FBI Crisis Negotiation Unit from 2000-2007, Mr. Voss was the lead negotiator to the U.S. National Security Council Hostage Working Group and the Group of Eight (G8). As a Special Agent, he also led the FBI Crisis Negotiation Team and was a SWAT team member. During his career, Mr. Voss has negotiated approximately 150 hostage situations and was awarded the FBI Agent's Association Award for Distinguished and Exemplary Service. He has lectured at Goethe Business School in Germany and IMD Business School in Switzerland on executive education. Mr. Voss also lectures on international business negotiation at Harvard University, the MIT Sloan School of Management and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Mr. Voss received a Bachelor of Science from Iowa State University in 1980 and a Master's in public administration from Harvard University in 2008. Mr. Voss is currently a guest lecturer at Georgetown University's McDonough Business School and focuses on business negotiation. Prior to joining Insite Security, Mr. Voss founded the negotiation-consulting firm Black Swan Group where he continues to lead the company as CEO and specializes in business negotiation.

| Dr. Dan Carlin, Medical Director |
Daniel Carlin M.D. established WorldClinic in 1998. Drawing on years of experience as a medical officer in the U.S. Navy and later as an expatriate volunteer, he designed WorldClinic to meet the needs of people whose work and lifestyle frequently took them out of contact with modern medical care. Since then, he has become a recognized leader in using the Internet and telecommunications to deliver quality medicine. In 1985, he obtained his M.D. from Tufts University School of Medicine, after receiving a Bachelors degree in Chemistry and Philosophy from Carnegie-Mellon University. He is board certified in Emergency Medicine and holds a staff appointment at the Lahey Clinic in suburban Boston.

| Dennis Pluchinsky, Chief Terrorism Analyst |
Dennis Pluchinsky analyzed terrorism for the State Department's Office of Intelligence and Threat Analysis for 28 years, monitoring terrorism in Europe, the Soviet Union and subsequently the Commonwealth of Independent States. He also served as division chief for the Middle East and Asia bureaus and was later their resident al-Qaeda specialist. He was twice selected for the Director of Central Intelligence's Exceptional Intelligence Analyst Program - in 1992 to examine ethnic conflict in the former Soviet Union and Eastern Europe and in 2004 to conduct a comprehensive survey of terrorist surveillance methods. For more than 15 years, Mr. Pluchinsky has taught undergraduate courses on terrorism at three universities in the Washington, D.C. area, and he is a frequent lecturer at the CIA University, the National Foreign Affairs Training Center, the U.S. Secret Service Training Center and the Joint Military Intelligence Training Center.
Mr. Pluchinsky is a contributing editor to the international journal Studies in Conflict and Terrorism, and his work is published in numerous collections. He regularly writes op-ed pieces for leading newspapers and articles for academic journals on the subject of terrorism. Mr. Pluchinsky can be seen on CNN and other national media providing a professional perspective on terrorism-related news events.

| Wilfredo Garcia, Investigations |
| Wilfredo Garcia has won national recognition for his work on sensitive and dangerous assignments in law enforcement and security consulting. He retired as a lieutenant from the New York City Police Department, where his responsibilities included managing citywide efforts to control gun trafficking and developing the now-standard strategic system used to track and identify illegal firearms. He was the Enforcement Commander, working closely with the FBI, on a successful initiative that designed and implemented enforcement tools to protect businesses from extortion and intimidation. Most notably, he led a team that eliminated the $500,000 "Mob Tax" waste cartel. Mr. Garcia has directed high-profile crime investigations and had a leadership role in the start-up of the White House-funded High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) initiative designed to dismantle major drug operations. He protected world leaders at World Economic Summit meetings and was chosen to spearhead highly sensitive internal affairs investigations within the NYPD. In his 20-year career in the NYPD and his five years as a corporate security consultant, Mr. Garcia has developed excellent working relationships with city, state and federal agencies, district attorneys' offices, the courts and the media. He offers Insite's clients unusually broad expertise in issues of fraud, extortion, corporate and personal security, employee misconduct and background investigations.

| Dr. Elizabeth Prial |
In 2009, former FBI Agent and behavior analyst Dr. Elizabeth Prial joined Insite Security as a Human Factor Integrity Assurance expert. In this period of rampant investment fraud, protecting your assets has never been more critical. Traditional methods of due diligence focus on a company's financials and overlooks the common denominator found in the wake of each case of investment fraud: the human factor.
Dr. Prial provides consultation to the Department of Defense and Department of Justice, where among other things she performs credibility assessment and detection of deception on a variety of high value individuals. Dr. Prial also provides training to Special Agents and Military Personnel, instructing the Department of Defense's officials, agents, and analysts regarding the "Insider Threat" and the "Terrorist Mindset."
Dr. Prial is a trusted expert, with clients including the FBI, Drug Enforcement Agency, U.S. Air Force Office of Special Investigations, Department of Defense and the Department of Homeland Security. She has been deployed internationally by her clients, and she has earned many accolades from her work, including a National Counterintelligence Executive Commendation in 2008, and two Special Act or Achievement Awards from FBI-NYO in 2001 and 2000.
Dr. Prial is a SERE-certified Psychologist (Survival, Evasion, Resistance, Escape) and she is a Board Certified Expert in Forensic Traumatology at the National Center for Crisis Management. Dr. Prial has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Masters in Psychology: Applied Behavior Analysis from Adelphi University. She earned her Doctorate in Psychology from the University of Denver with a specialization in forensic psychology. In 2001, Dr. Prial was also awarded the prestigious U.S. Attorney General's Award for Outstanding Contributions to Law Enforcement in 2001.

| Robert J. Sugrue |
Rob Sugrue is highly skilled in all aspects of security and technology management and his diverse background provides a "hands-on" approach to the Privacy Protection Practice.
Mr. Sugrue has worked within the state, collegiate and corporate sectors. Throughout his comprehensive career, he has attainted Sergeant Rank within the N.J. State Police, coordinated emergency and protective operations at multiple high-profile university events and provided operational and technical security solutions for high net worth families and several hundred financial service employees. During his tenure, Mr. Sugrue received 21 commendations from the New Jersey State Police for significant indictable arrests.
Prior to joining Insite Mr. Sugrue was responsible for the security operations at Ziff Brothers Investments, where he was managed the security program for the Ziff family. Mr. Sugrue was also responsible for all family and staff travel security, and all operational, situational awareness and technical applications security, including securing family office networks.
Mr. Sugrue was previously a Project Manager at Columbia University’s Department of Public Safety, where he planned and implemented a computer aided dispatch/record management system and an emergency text message notification system. Mr. Sugrue led all communications (emergency, internal and external) and criminal information reporting throughout the university.
Mr. Sugrue is a graduate of Saint Peter's College.
